District Training Coordinator's Welcome,
Welcome to the official website for KCTCS State Fire Rescue Training District 15. It is our goal to make your experience as helpful and informative as possible.
District 15 is one of 12 regional offices of State Fire Rescue Training (SFRT) that serves the firefighters and rescue personnel of Kentucky with training and support. SFRT is a Division of the Kentucky Fire Commission within the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS).
District 15 carries out its duties with a part-time faculty of 29 field instructors, a full-time field office support specialist, and a full-time district training coordinator. The District 15 office is located inside the Kentucky Fire Commission office at 110 Cleveland Drive, Paris, KY 40361.

The mission of Fire Rescue Training is to plan, direct, and administer a quality, comprehensive and uniformly delivered training program through the most efficient use of available resources to assist in meeting the training needs of fire, rescue and other emergency services personnel so that lives and property for industries, institution, government agencies and other such entities to assist in meeting their training needs mandated by federal, state and local laws.
The vision of Fire Rescue Training is to be recognized as a national leader in providing comprehensive educational programs for current and future emergency responders at the local, regional, state and national levels.
